Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in closed session on
Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 5:30 PM in the St. Joseph City Hall.
Members Present: Mayor Richard Carlbom. Councilors Al Rassier, Dale Wick, Renee Symanietz, Steve Frank.
Administrator Judy Weyrens.
Others Present: City Attorney Tom Jovanovich.
Rassier made a motion to close the meeting to discuss with the City Attorney litigation strategy for the
pending lawsuit of Meadowvale -vs- Stearns County -vs- the City of St. Joseph. The motion was seconded by
Wick and passed unanimously.
At 6:20 PM the closed portion ofthe meeting was opened and Symanietz made a motion to adjourn at 6:20 PM.
The motion was seconded by Frank and passed unanimously.
