RE: Graceview Estates
Please find to follow the list of questions prepared at the September 8, 2008 Planning
Commission and the response from the City Attorney. I have not reproduced all the
information from the past two meetings, please bring that information with you.
The City Engineer has not prepared a written response to the questions in the memo but
will be at the meeting to discuss and present the information.
The Planning Commission should make a decision based on findings as to approval or
denial. If you are looking for additional information please feel free to contact me.
