Peter Omann, .Insurance Agent, called me this morning stating he contacted LMCIT regarding Graceview.. Apparently
Brad Cobb called Peter asking coverage questions on our insurance polity. Peter talked to an attorney at LMCIT stating
he cannot discuss the coverage with the outside person since he is just the City's agent. When Peter talked to LMCIT,
LMCIT stated they already were aware of the situation and would be talking to Tom J. this morning (Monday, Oct. 6tn)
Peter was asking where the re-plat stands because Brad Cobb was stating Tom 1. was not sure the PC should approve the
re-plat (per the meeting discussions and correspondence), but the PC motioned and approved to forward the
recommendation for approval to the Council any ways. I stated I do not know of the details with all that has transpired.
I do know the PC voted to recommend approval and that now the Council will need to go through their process.
