BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Offices currently schedule the following
facilities: Fire Hafl, Millstream Park, Centennial Park, Lake Wobegon, Water Treatment Training Room
and City Hall Conference Room. Until three years ago, all the scheduling was completed using paper
calendars and was not very efficient. The office then found software on line that is web based with an
annual fee of $ 300.00. This software limits the City to only three facilities so we have some facilities on
paper and some on a web based program.
Since it is time to renew the current software we started looking at alternatives. During the research we
found the software for office tracker. This software does not limit the number of facilities that can be
scheduled and is a one time fee. The City has the option of web based on network based with five users.
The software appears to be user friendly and should serve the needs of the City.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $ 1,205.75, funded through 2008 budget
