PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The developer for the Parkway Business Center would like to finalize
the plat for the Business Park so that he can start marketing the lots. The lots cannot legally be
marketed until the final plat is approved. It is the Developer's intent to install the utilities privately in the
spring of 2009.
The Developer is requesting two changes to the development agreement and a final agreement will be
forwarded with the election results.

REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Authorize execution of the Development Agreement between the City
of St. Joseph and Central MN Land Development - St. Jon's LLC.
