Public Hearing Notice
The Planning Commission and the City Council for the City of St. Joseph will conduct a public
hearing on Wednesday, November 12tH at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Joseph Fire Hall, 323 4tH
Avenue NE. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public input on the St. Joseph
Comprehensive Plan.

~udy Weyrens The City of St. Joseph Comprehensive Plan is a dynamic planning tool intended to guide the
overall future growth and redevelopment of the city. The Comprehensive Plan is based on
local and regional historical facts, trends, and governmental planning standards. This
Mayor document presents the Comprehensive Plan for St. Joseph, Minnesota; reflective of the
community planning process conducted in the year 2008.

The Comprehensive Plan provides a knowledge base for instituting a hierarchy of policies that
Councilors will assist the community in processing a variety of development issues on a defined policy
Steve Frank level. This information and policy base will allow decision-makers to evaluate and guide future

the City s goals and objectives.
