No one was hurt and the accident happened near mile marker 204 (St. Michael). We are working with the insurance company to finalize the claim the 2005 Truck is potentially totaled, but is work fixing. Field Street Included in your packet is the information from MN Cultural Resource. The alternatives will now go to a 30 day waiting comment period. When we have that information we will forward as well. Refuse Bids We had originally anticipated bringing forward the results of the refuse bids, but are still working on the details. The information will be available for the December 4 Council meeting. Audit RFP The Staff requested proposals for audit service and we should have those ready for the next Council meeting as well. January Meeting The first meeting in January is scheduled for January 1, 2009. Since this is a holiday, the Council needs to determine if they would like to have a special meeting the following week and just have one meeting that month. The new members are sworn in the first meeting of the month. I am not anticipating a lot of business in January but we should set a date either way. 2 AM Bar Closing Staff has not had time to prepare draft amendments for the Council to review, we should have those for the December meeting as well.
