The Implementation section, Chp. 11, pages 3-4, contains excellent goal statements. I am making the following suggestions regarding the goals listed there. Amend Goal 3 to read 3. Pursuit of sustainable building design such as LEEDS desien standards E.i°.Rdersh,p ~n C nerg y a.,,~' E,~vlrore-rss-Y1~r( ~es`gry Add the following two goals `. `- Svc` a.s 23. Commitment to alternative energy sources:^solar, wind 24. Commitment to educating city government entities, staff and residents in conservation design, best management practices, and pertinent technology as growth pressures and density issues continue to confront the city I am asking that these recommendations become part of the city's public record.
