RE: Planning Commission Information
As you can see from the agenda the only matter of business is the S & H Partnership Site Plan.
The material divided by the colored paper is information relative to the Special Use Permit for the
development. The City Attorney has prepared information for the Council meeting on November
6, 2008 regarding S & H Partnership and I have included that in your packet as information only.
Also included in the packet is information from Commissioner McDonald. During the last meeting
a question arose as to whether the findings were fact or opinion. McDonald provided the
enclosed information as facts supporting the findings that were submitted. Additionally, he has
provided a revised set of findings including the facts if the Commission would like to restate the
findings.
