a. Minutes - Requested Action: Approve the Minutes of November 15,
November 29 and December 13,2007.
b. Bills Payable - Requested Action: Approve check numbers 039710-
039786.
c. Transfers - Requested Action: Authorize the transfers relating to a
closing of completed construction and bond funds and to correct an
operating transfer from October 2007.
d. Contract Renewal - Requested Action: Authorize execution of the
contract for services between the City ofSt. Joseph and MDG for
Economic Development Services as recommended by the EDA.
e. Gambling Application - Requested Action: Accept the Lawful
Gambling Application for Exempt Permit for the Stearns County
Thunderin' Toms for an event to be held at Trobec's Event Center on
March 29, 2008.
f. Employment - Requested Action: Appoint Margaret Evenson as the
Permanent Part-Time Records Specialist for the St. Joseph Police
Department.
