BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The current holiday decorations have been donated to the City through
various service clubs. The St. Joseph Fire Department has been maintaining and fixing the decorations
as well as hanging the displays each year. The current decorations are in bad shape and need
replacement. Ken Jacobson will be coming to the Council to request funding for new decorations. The
funding will be over a five year period so that it can be budgeted.
