As part of the renewal process each organization is required to submit a financial summary illustrating that at least 10% of the gambling proceeds have been expended in the defined trade area. Based on the submitted information the Ordinance requirement has been satisfied. BUDGETIFISCAL IMPACT: ATTACHMENTS: 1) Minnesota Lawful Gambling License Renewal Application; 2) Summary Financial Statement.
