Advise all residents living adjacent to the church parking lat of tlse concert, the time of the concert (6:00 pm to midnight), and that alternative lodging arrangements will be provided them if they choose not to attend the concert. Residents will be offered a roorn at a local motel at the parish's expense. The parish is working closely with the Chief o~ Ft~lice regarding seeurity for the concert. The concert and festival grounds will be fenced and security officers will be at all entranees as well as patrolling the grounds, For any cancerns during the concert, I will be the parish conta.ct person.
