Planning Matters The material from the Planning Commission packet has been included with the
Council packet as it is anticipated they will be ready for Council action on
Thursday evening. I will send out a separate action item far the Planning
Matters after the meeting on Monday evening.
Water Tower The City Council in 2008 authorized the design of a second water storage facility
with the anticipated construction date of 2009. With the economic slow down
the Council will have to discuss the viability of moving forward and the impact of
repairs on the existing tower if we wait on the new tower. It is important to
keep moving through the design stage as the design will still be the same
regardless of the year it is built. We want to make the Council aware of where
the design stage is at and what decisions have to be made. Randy Sabart and
Steve Campbell from SEH will be present to lead the discussion.
Master Park Plan The final time line and scope of work will be ready for Thursday evening. I we
have it together before the meeting I will email the document before the
meeting.
