REC~UESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Approve the minutes of May 8, May 21, and May 28, 2008 May 21, 2008 Page 1 of 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in special session on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 6:30 PM at the St. Joseph City Hall. Members Present: Mayor AI Rassier. Councilors Dale Wick, Renee Symanietz, Steven Frank, Rick Schultz. Judy Weyrens, Administrator. Citv Representatives Present: Police Chief Pete Jansky LELS Representatives Present: Business Agent Nick Wetschka, Union Steward Officer Dwight Pfannenstein. Mayor Rassier called the special session to order and stated the purpose of the meeting is to consider a grievance request for a member in the LELS Local 228. Wick made a motion closing the meeting pursuant to MN State 13d.04 subd 2 (3) in order to discuss ;health and medical data as it relates to an employee grievance. The motion was seconded by Frank andpassed unanimously. Mayor Rassier opened the meeting at 6:45 PM. Wick made a motion to deny the LELS Grievance>regarding the reinstatement of holiday hours for an officer who was out on medical leave on Presidents Day. The motion was seconded by Symanietz and passed unanimously. Adjourn: Symanietz made a motion to :adjourn the special council meeting; seconded by Schultz and passed unanimously.
