conference of the International Police Chiefs Association in San Diego, paying all expenses.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Attached is the information for the International Association of Chiefs
of Police Conference. This year's conference will be held in San Diego, California from November 8 -
November 12. I have attended this conference in the past and found it to be very educational. There
are Police Chiefs and executives from across the United States and Canada. There are also chiefs from
departments all over the world. The conference has a host of world renowned speakers from all aspects
of police and security. I have found this conference to be very beneficial to both myself and ideas that I
can bring back to the department.
