PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: In December 2007 the City Council authorized KDV to perform the
annual statutory audit.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Each year the City is required to complete an audit. The audit must be
submitted to the State Auditors Office no later than June 30, 2008. KDV will be present at the meeting
to review the financial statements and go over the information in the Management Letter.
