for the MN Deer Hunters Association -Central MN Chapter for an event to be held at Trobec's Event
Center on September 24, 2008.
Councilors d. Premise Permit -Requested Action: Accept the application of the Central MN Sexual Assault Center to
Steve Frank conduct Lawful Gambling at 304 College Avenue N (Holiday Gas Station).
AI Rassier e. Treasurer's Report -Requested Action: Accept the April 2008 Treasurer's Report as presented.
Renee Symanietz f. Delegation of Authority -Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute
Dale V(~ick Resolution 2008-006 delegating authority to pay certain claims prior to Council approval.

h. Transfers -Requested Acton: Authorize the operating transfers as presented effective December 31,
2007.
i. Capital Equipment -Requested Action: Authorise the purchase of 14' mower for the Public Works
Department ($ 11,715) and additional Hard drive space on the main server ($ 2,500)
j. Conference Request -Requested Action: Authorize the Police Chief to attend the International
Association of Police Chiefs Conference in San Diageo, paying the expenses ($ 2,500)
