c. Pay Application -Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor to execute Pay
Renee Symanietz Application #8 for the 2007 Jade Road Improvement Project and authorize
Dale Wick payment to R.L. Larson Excavating in the amount of $76,463.78.
d. Grant Application -Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
execute two grant agreements with the State of Minnesota for Alcohol
Enforcement, one for alcohol/tobacco compliance and one for sale to minors.
e. Gambling Reports -Requested Action: Accept the 2"d Quarter Gambling Reports
as presented.
