BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission and City
Council have previously approved the preliminary plat entitled Parkway Business. The Engineer had
some outstanding items that needed to be clarified before the final plan could be presented to the City
Council.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council has approved the Preliminary Plat.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Developer has indicated that they wish to keep the process moving
forward for finalization of the final plat. At the time of writing this memo we are not ready yet, but
incase the developer can get all the documents together, we may be bringing the plat forward on
Thursday evening. The only way the matter will be carried forward is if all the documents are finalized
without contingency.
