Please find enclosed additional packet information. The information includes:
Graceview Estates The Planning Commission recommended approval of the site
plan for the S & H Development. The motion included many
contingencies and the recommendation has been attached for
your review.
Affirmation of findings -See Memo from Planning Commission
providing additional testimony for the City Council to consider
while reviewing the Special Use Permit for S & H Partnership.
Hearing Procedure I have been asked questions regarding the procedure for the
public hearing. In discussing the matter with Tom Jovanovich,
the best method to assure that all testimony is part of the
public hearing, both residents and Council Members is to leave
the public hearing open until the Council is finished discussing
the matter. The Council can open the hearing, allow the
developers to provide summary data, open the floor to the
public, open the matter for Council discussion and go back to
the public for any final comments and then close the public
hearing when the Council is ready to make a decision.

Agenda Order The Council may wish to move the canvassing of the election to
the beginning of the meeting to assure that the election is
canvassed before the meeting is adjourned. The election must
be canvassed within seven days of the election.
