RE: Guests: Representatives for Walz Family
Background:
At the January meeting, the EDA requested a meeting with representatives from the Walz
family regarding proactively planning for development near CSAH 2/194. This means
master planning the area to determine potential development concepts and meeting with
property owners/project partners to discuss the master planning process and how to
coordinate the process.
Brian Anderson and perhaps Joe Walz will be present at the EDA meeting to further
discuss development of property.
