RE: Guests: Representatives of Gateway Commons Development
Background:
At the January meeting, the EDA requested a meeting with representatives from the
Gateway Commons project regarding proactively planning for development near CSAH
2/194. This means master planning the area to determine potential development concepts
and meeting with property owners/project partners to discuss the master planning process
and how to coordinate the process.
Brian Schoenborn and Kip Cameron will be present at the EDA meeting to further discuss
development of the property.
Please recall general consensus of the City Council is to focus on the area impacted by the
CSAH 2 realignment, including resolving annexation issues, promoting the development of
a master concept plan, and studying potential utility service extension options.
