Minutes of meeting held June 23, 1998
Meeting called to order by Joe Braun at 7.00 p.m. in the City Hall.
Members present: Chuck Muske, John Walz, Joe Braun,. Lonnie Abbot and Marge
Lesnick
Members Absent: John Bonacci ,and Cary Ehlert.
Approval of Agenda: Motion to approve Agenda by Marge ,seconded by John W.
Motion passed.
Approval of Minutes: Motioned by Marge and seconded by John W. Motion Passed.
Liason Report :None.
Chairman Comments :Pamphlets far Park Safety were passed out. Joe also passed
around a letter he recieved about the condition of Centenial Park grill' and
bathroom's. The letter stated they both needed repair.
Old Business:

Summer Rec. Program:
Dave Hiedman reported that he has about 200 kids participating.
The bus that St. Bens donates is always on time. Its really appreciated.
All the sports programs are doing well .The new programs, like Hair and
Nails and Dance are well recieved by the youth.

The Park Board had a Brat and Burger Fundraiser at S.A, on Saturday
7une13th.Lonnie chaired this project, he said that we made $206.00
profit. He would like thank his wife, Deb Hurtgam and Pam Laudenbach for
there help. Next Brat Sale is July 18.
Soccer. Fie
Bab Loso reported that there is games scheduled till the end of August.
He has resoded parts of the field. He says he will be doing more work on the
field after the season.

~linefelter Park:
The big toy has come in_ This is phase 3 we will be putting up the toy
on July 17. Bob Loso will coordinate.

Budgetet Meetin~•
We will be having. a separate Park Board meeting to plan the next years
budget. Joe passed out sheets for everyone to put there plan's down.

Joe will. contact John Bonnaci about his commitment. to the Park Board.
He has missed 5 meetings since the first of the year.

Lonnie will get bids for construction of the parking lot. It was decided that
the parking lot will be 60 x 100. Marge will get bids on the fencing along the
enterance way. John W. will get bids on the trees for the park.
Motion to Adjourn: Motion by Chuck and seconded by Marge, motion passed. 9:30.
