Minutes of meeting held May 11, 1999
~necial Meeting
Meeting called to order by Lonnie Abbott at 7:00 p.m.
Members present: John Walz, Marge Lesnick, Lonnie Abbott, Cory Ehlert, Bruce
Berghorst and Chuck Muske.
Members Absent: Michael McDonald
Summer Rec.: Dave gave a report on what was going on for St. Joe Summer Rec.
There were 136 St. Joe kids, 36 St. Wendel kids, 27 St. Joe Township kids.
There was a lot of discussion. The cost is $35 per child for all events.
Centennial Park: The fence needs a bottom rail put on. It will cost $2,100.
Tabled until monthly meeting
Park Clean-up: There were 3 leaders, 7 scouts, 1 cub scout. They got the
parks cleaned up.
Cement Pads: Marge motioned to accept the bid of Kurt Schneider for the cement
pads for the tables and curb for the parking lot. John seconded, motion passed.
Meeting Adjourned
Next meeting May 25 at 7:00 p.m., City Hall.
