Minutes of meeting held JUNE 14, 1999
Meeting called to order by Lonnie Abbott at 7:00 p.m.
Members present: John Walz, Marge Lesnick, Lonnie Abbott, Bruce Berghorst and
Chuck Muske.
Members Absent: Cory Ehlert and Michael Mcdonald.
Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve the Minutes was passed.
Liason Report: N/A
Chairman Report: Need to make a rough draft` for next years Budget.See attached
report.

Next meeting June 21 at 7:00 p.m., City Hall.

Bathroom update, spring toy and general repair: $1,750.00
($1,000.00 to be set aside for bathroom update)
MILLSTREAM PARK:
Electric hook-ups at campsite, bathroom improvement: $2,500.00
Soccer field: $ 800.00
MEMORIAL PARK:
Baseball field new bathrooms and concession stand: $2,000.00
(3 year plan at $2,000 per year)
Hockey rink: (2 year plan at $4,500 per year) $4,500.00
New Light at the top of the Hill. $ 600.00
TOT LOTS:
Hollow Park: spring toy $ 250.00
Cloverdale Park: spring toy $ 250.00
KLEINFELTER PARK:
Phase IV: $5,800.00
Benches: $ 500.00
NORTHLAND PARK:
Phase III, Walking trail $9,900.00
Start saving for future walking trail: $2,000.00
