Minutes of meeting held July 26, 1999
Meeting called to order by Lonnie Abbott at 7:10 p.m.
Members present: John Walz, Marge Lesnick, Lonnie Abbott, Chuck Muske,
Michael McDonald. Guest: David Boher
Members Absent: Cory Ehlert and Bruce Berhorst.
Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve the Minutes was passed.
Liaison Report: N/A
Chairman Report: Lonnie let Dave speak about a problem with the class #5
walkway to the park. We said we would look at options.
Old Business:
Shrubs: No Report
Fence: No Report
Hockey Rink: No Report
Tree's at Monument Park: Will be planted this fall.
New Business:
Porti Potties: Motion by Marge to get one for Klinefelter then switch
it to the Ice Rink in late fall. Seconded by John, motion passed. Marge
will order it.
Northland Park Seeing if we can get class #5 rock donated. Kurt is
working on cement curbs. Backstop is up and looking good.
Frizbee Golf Design needs to be approved by the Lions.
Park Board Budget: Numbers were crunched to make it fit. Lonnie will
take the budget to the City Council.
Tree Fund: Looking into getting tree's for Northland.
Meeting Adjourned.
Next meeting August 23 at 7:00 p.m., City Hall.
