ST. JOSEPH CITY COUNCIL AND PARK BOARD MEMBERS
The following proposal by the Sno-Does Snowmobile Club is submitted for
approval regarding the contruction of a building at Millstream Park -
said building to be used by the club as a Club House with a storage section
for the City.
a 28' x 28' building - a 12' x 28' section for use by the
City, with an 8' overhead garage door and a 3' metal side
door.
Wood frameconstruction on a floating concrete slab - loca-
tion at the discretion of the Park Board.
The club requests the City provide power to the building -
100 amp service. The club owns an oil furnace and would
like to use it. (They provide elec.)
A chimney will be installed in the partition, accessible
to either side.
The City to provide the building permit.
The club requests a permit to operate and maintain our trail
through the park as it now exists for the same length of
time we lease the building.
We would also appreciate any financial help that may be
available from the City.
