August 27, 1984
The regular meeting of the St. Joseph Parks Commission was held iii city Hall at
7:00 p.m. The following membe~~s were present: Blanchette, Gretsch, Klein,
Pfannenstein, Braun, Manderfeld, Strickler, Loscheider and liaison, Reber.
Joe Braun has been attending meetings of the local civic clubs to gain support
for the wading pool. He will continue to do this.
Resurfacing of the Memorial Park tennis court was tabled for the time being
because of the high cost of resurfacing. It might be reconsidered when another
resurfacing job is dons locally.
John Von-DeLinde inspected the Grant #2 project and declared it satisfactorily
done.
Jeff Bratland's Eagle Scout project is cancelled.
A permit to dredge Millstream pond has been granted by the DNR.
The restrooms in Millstream Park shoulc be venter. Need to look iait0 this.
