Minutes of St. Joseph Parks Commission
May 28, 2985
Meeting was called to order by Donna Blanchette on 7:04 pm.
Minutes were approved. There was no Treasurer's report.
1. Grant #2 was approved and we had to return some money.
2. Student worker job description - St. Joe Township will pay
half the amount and city will cover the balance. We will have
a job description given to the worker.
3. Julie Darg - Recreation Director
The three people who will be assisting her are:
Donna-Reber x,
Diane Schneider
Brian Bechtold
A 4-H project which was asked for could be to repair entrys
to bridges and to put sand under all the swings.
4. Park Improvement -have Brian Bechtold measure up all parks
(grid) and advise what to put in each area - also attend
park meetings. Jaycee ;women to donate money for park planning.
Meeting adjourned at 7:33.
