Report from Vicki Osendorf - Student summer worker
Bathrooms are quite messy from birds - could possibly
paint seats with a glossy white paint so its easier to
keep clean. ~1aybe some youth Corp workers could do this
project.
4-H Community Pride
Mike STrickler got a bid on the concrete work. 4-H can
not complete this job this summer but possibly in the fall.
Brian Bechtold was asked to do a report on all the parks in
the city. He would also receive a stipend for this but
the amount was not set at this time.
Jaycee 'omen donated $100.00 to the park fund.
Hockey Rink - get donations from various placed to help with
rink repair.
Dredging - have checked all channels. the last time this was
done the Lion Club took care of the cost item. Could they
be approached again.
Park Program - Sumner
A charge was going to he assessed to those outside the city
lir~its and this was not a good idea.
A Recommendation was made to re-surface the old tennis court in
P^emorial Park when they re-surface Park Terrace roads.
Fleeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
Members present at neeting were: Donna Blanchette, Gaye Gretsch,
Pell Pfannenstein, Dick Taufen, Joe Braun, Vince P1anderfeld,
Mike STrickler, Greg Henry, ~1ary Jo Loschedier and Claudette Klein
and liaison from the Council, Steve Dehler.
