Minutes of September 23 meeting.

Meeting called to order at 6:40 in the Centennial Park Shelter
-by President Donna Blanchette.
Minutes were approved and seconded for the last two meetings.
Millstream Dredging: We need to purchase silt screen and also
pay for the meals and gas. Vince will check
into this.
Three-wheelers complaints: check with S. Kathleen regarding 3-wheelers
in tunnel and also driving in Clinton Village. Claudette will call
S. Kathleen
Joe Braun will check with City Police regarding this also.
Checking into using the Centennial Park Shelter for ice skating:
a possibility to put an insulated wall to block off half
of the room and put benches and stove in that area. Also
to have an area of concrete put on east side of shelter.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45.
