Minutes of meeting of March 23, 1986
Meeting was called to order by Donna Blanchette, Chairperson
at 7:15. Members present were: Greg Henry, Joe Braun, Mike
Strickler, Fay Gretsch, Donna Blanchette, and Claudette Klein.
.Donna talked about RVPS - summer worker - check with City Council
but may not use this for this summer.
Recreation Association - program with use of softball. park for
a weekend to raise money for parks was declined. It was decided
to ask groups for money, hands-on letters to all organizations.
Also rental for park use could be given to Park Commission for
buying materials was suggested.
A letter to be proposed to organizations in the city will be
drawn up by Donna, Claudette, Mike and Greg at a special meeting.
PR15's cost is $3,429, and they will deduct $100 if paid before
the 15th of the month.
We are asking Hilltop Nursery for an itemized statement.
Millstream Park - Kathy Bruns, Editor of St. Joseph Courier will
put an article in the paper regarding 3-wheeler notice in April
and May issues.
