Minutes meeting of January 26, 1987
The meeting was called to order by Donna Blanchette at 7;15 pm at
Nel Pfannenstein's residence. Members present were: Donna Blanchette,
Joe Braun, Nel Pfannenstein, Jo Loscheider, Greg. Henry, Faye Gretsch,
and liaison Steve Dehler. Members absent were, Mike Strickler and
Claudette Klein.
Minutes were approved and seconded.
Old Bus~i.ness:
Phone bill: Donna will check it out, This appeared on the Budget
General Ledger E~:penditure and Expense account.
Millstream Dredging: Will c:~eck with Lucy Laudenbach to see if
Lioness' are interested in doing the Millstream Pond.
Joe Braun will check with other organizations to see if
they are interested in funding this project.
New Business:
Public Information meeting: will be "4arch 23rd at 7:00 pm in the
City Hall. All members are asked to bring 1 dozen
cookies or bars. Donna will post flyers regarding
meeting.
Community Project - Girl Scouts: It is there 75th Anniversay and
they need projects to do. All members brainstorm ideas
for projects. The project will take place on May 2hd
or May 9 if weather not feasible. Joe Braun will be
there to supervise. We will pay for supplies if needed:
paint, rakes, clean up garbage.
Sale of used equipment from Centennial Park: Rod and Gun Club was
not interested in any of the equipment. Donna will
check with Rachel to see if other towns or schools
would be interested.
Winter Reccreation Program: We will continue to work on this for
next year.
Summer Recreation Program: Donna will check with Julie Darg to
see if she is interested for the upcoming summer.
