Minutes
April 24, 1987
Meeting was called to order by Donna Blanchette at 7:16 pm in the
City Hall. Members present were: Nel Pfannenstein, Greq Henry, Fay
Gretsch, Donna Blanchette, Claudette Klein and Liaison, Steve Dehler.
Absent: Jo Loscheider and Joe Braun.
Minutes were approved and seconded.
Girl Scouts:
There was an adequate number of Girl Scouts to work on
the project.
1st Baseline Fence at Memorial Park:
2nd Ave. road - work going very well.
nothing was done as of yet.
Council's vote on new equipment: They budgeted $6,400 for park capital.
Park Board can recommend purchases. We will try to get
a representative to talk to us on park equipment.
Summer Recreation: Lori Linn is the Director and Donna Drontle will b.
the assistant. Their salary is a combination: Boys and
Girls club, District 742 and City of St. Joseph will be
paying their salary. Tom Kuhn is also on the staff.
Installation of the slide: u~~l-approved -to--put up the fence on
th€- ale and also approved $50. for
labor.
Squires at St. John's: KC high school students will do the tire project.
We adjourned at 8:15 pm.
