Meeting called to order at 6:37 pm by Chairperson, John pnderson_at Bo Diddley's..
Members present: Marge Lesnick, Fay Gretsch, Darwin Erickson, John Anderson, Greg
Henry, Joe Braun and liaison Steve Oehler.
Absent: Larry Christen and Rich Schultz.
Liaison Report: Steve checked on some prices for a window in the warming house in Memorial
Park. He will get more estimates. Jim Blackmore will be the overseer with Steve Notch,
Jim Stang and Amy Crystal working. Daytime hours for skating rink: 4-8 pm Mon-Fri
Weekend hours: noon-8 pm
Hockey Rink hours: Daily 5-9 pm
Weekends noon - 9 pm.
A recommendation was made to have the rinks at Kennedy and Memorial Park flooded oftener.
Also to have the rinks cleaned off by maintenance after a snowfall.
Old Business:
Winter Recreation Program: Jim Hansen report (New Director)
Monday - Bingo for Seniors (Lab School) recommended prizes and play in
Tuesday - Gymnastics - sliding - Kid Stop
Wednesday - Leave open (CCD)
Thursday - open bowling - teams - last week a tournament
Friday - alternate swimming/skating
Saturday - 2 leagues basketball - Lab School reserved

Monday - Movie day - suggested use of City Hall.
Tuesday - Board games day
Wednesday - sliding contest
Thursday - bowling tourney
Friday - Sock Hop - He will check with Feeney or City Hall.

Flyers to schools to take home, bulleting boards, paper & church bulletins.
It was reported that the speaker/timer (7-day timer) is hooked up to warming house.
New Business:
New liaison next meeting will be Bob IASO. Meetings will continue as usual. January
14 at 6:30 pm.
Claudette left early so Marge finished the minutes.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
