Meeting called to order by John Anderson at 6:33 pm.
Members present: Darwin Erickson, Rich Schultz, Joe Braun, C

Minutes were approved by Marge Lesnick and seconded by Rich Schultz.
Liaison report: expenditure report -will be mailed quarterly to John Anderson.
Budget is finalized with $10,000 in our fund and we still have $4,000 floating
in the fund.
Pond View Ridge: not completely settled. Northland project is going on.
An advertisement is out for workers at warming house from 16-60 years old. Even
a senior citizen applied. Decisions for e~-nployment will be made the first week
of December.
The sale of the house in Millstream park has been postponed until spring.
Old Business
Winter Recreation Program: If the Lab School is used we will need to pay $100
per time but a refund will be made if it is clean and nothing has been destroyed.
The most that can be spent on the Winter Program is $1200.00 of which $1,00 will
go to Laurie for salary and $4.45 for assistant. Each student will pay $5.00 for
the program. The pay period is once a month.
Report on signs for Historical Site: RAchel talked to Mitch and signs may be
paid for by city and deliverd in spring and also entrance to park.
Morningside Park: Should be in the city property by the new year.
John will write a letter to Police Chief regarding snowmobiles in the parks.
New Business
Earthday Committee: John will represent St. Joseph at a meeting of the Board.
Spring development plans: check with Rick Heid about what his plans are for
this park.
Next meeting will be December 23 at Bo Diddley's.
Meeting adjourned at 7:37.
