A recommendation was made by Rich Schultz to have the City Maintenance Dept. dig out a place to the east and somewhat north of the existing volleyball court in Centennial. Then put sand in like the one at Millstream Park. The recommendation was seconded by Marges Lesnick. Archery area should have classified sand put in that area. Minnesota Deer Hunting Association would pay for archery stand. New Business: Use of Memorial Park was discussed for outside groups to use that park. Waite Park Little League contacted Pat Schneider and they were told that they would have to pay $25.00 a time for use of the park. The offer was turned down. Questions were asked as to who should be the contact person for that park. There are many St. Joseph youths that are playing in Waite Park right now.
