Meeting was called to order at ~~ 35.

Minutes: change or addition: need to contact Marge so money she collected will
be put into coffers.
Minutes stand approved.
Liaisor. Report:
Recreation meeting: co-effort to put a well in Millstream Softball park in
spring.
Millstream Park - garbage can and picnic tables have been placed.
Parking Lot - City Engineer suggested using class 2 for lot. They are waiting
for Myron Felix's estimate.
Hockey Rink - will not be flooded where it is now. John will call Steve Notch
regarding usage of Hockey rink for winter.
Notice: Use of dumpster Oct. 12-17 in Linneman's Lot.
Water for Monument Park will be installed week of Oct. 5-9. Dennis Katzner
will start October 1 for beautifying Monument Park.
The City has hired a new maintenance person to work mostly in the parks.
Terry Schmid applied for second phase - a decision should be made as to taking
the money or property.
Old Business
Monument Park - the sign on the west end of town was stolen.
Earthday Grant - suggestions were made to do landscaping, playground area, trail
area, plant trees in NE end of Morningside park.
New Business
Bob is working on Centennial being adopted by the Jaycees.
Border was put around Big Toy.
Set dates for Spring Clean-Up.
Next meeting will be October 26.
Meeting adjourned at 7:08 pm.

P.S. A recommendation was made to have the cement block foundation be removed
because of safety hazard and beautifying where the old house stood in Millstream.
Members present: John Anderson, Darwin Erickson, Rich Schultz, Fay Gretsch,
Claudette Klein, Liaison, Bob Loso.
Absent: Marge Lesnick, Joe Braun.
