Minutes of meeting January 21, 1997
Meeting began at 6:40 pm.

Members present: Irma Lanier, Marge Lesnick, Claudette Klein, Joe Braun
and Liaison Bob Loso.
Members absent: John Anderson
Liaison Report:
The City Council approved to have a new bid drawn up for the trail in
Klinefelter Park by the City Engineer. A few deletions could be made
to decrease the original bid.
Membership on Board: Joe Braun has a person in mind that would be
interested in being on the board. If that person does not accept the
position, then we will again advertise the opening in the St. Joseph
Newsleader.
Skating Rink: Joe Braun has been bringing hot water every Saturday
and Sunday to the warming house for hot chocolate which he purchased.
The employees are not doing their job very well.
It was suggested that we have a few special meetings so that we have
all items in place for the summer. Ordering equipment for Klinefelter
Park and seeding done in Northland and trees planted are priorities.
Basic camping rules should be gathered so they are posted .before spring
time.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
Next meetings will be February 10 and 2a, 1997 at 6:30 in City Hall.
