Arson Development (Bluets Bend) Nelghbgrhood park in NW corner fs about 15 scree
With wetlands in ft. WIII have approximately 7 to 7.5 scree of h(ghland for park.
Preliminary park plan for along river overall Is 87 scree for land in park but will get credit for area that wtll

They did not purpose parking. They have walkinglblking paths In the area that would bo
A regional park. After further discussion Rick will look at creating a small parking lot In one section. Rick

Arson DevelopmerrG (Rivers Bend) Ryan Gideon in for Rick Puckcrt
lZevieted plans for tho west and east parka. Additions to the parks are sidewalks and trails. No longer a
duplication of a trail. Aside walk along 5ulllvan near the river in luau of duplicate trail. Condensed park
facility changed to a rectangular park and added a parking lot near Quinlan 5t. Parks are elevated above
100-yearflaod plain. Onetrall is in the 50-yearfiood area. 1-1/2 acre i6 eras forthe park ec~uipmerrtto go.
Pond may include some native plants but the Rivers Bend workers have some concerms over the
maintenance issues.

"Parking lot size right now Is 12 parking spots this plan is in concept. The pond and trails are fairly
accurate. There may some movement of the trails.

land is dedicated. Also what Is left to owe the city?
Recommend to the planning commission cor~tingerrt upon the numbers for total acreage.
Recommend to approve the concept plans with changes and cos~+tacting the Park Board with acreage

Millstream Park - Dlsc Golf lee Pads Update -Mika stated that the pads are in.
