ST JOSEPH PARK BOARD
MINUTES FROM MAY 24, 2004
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bruce Berghorst, Marge Lesnick, Chuck Muske, Bob Loso,
Deedra Deuhs, Dale Wick
CALL TO ORDER: 7:04
MOTION TO APPROVE AGENDA: Approved
MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES: Approved with changes
Mike Sworski's name had been misspelled
CHAIRMAN COMMENTS: Voted to change fees with per lot basis. The $0.78
per square foot was not passed more information was
needed. The developers need to follow where the park
_ board wants the trails and where we will accept park
land dedication. The council will discuss on 5/26!04.
OLD BUSINESS: *Town and Gown the money firom last year was transferred over
~ ~~, to the correct account.
~-~' *Town and Gown amount has been deposited for 200
*Disc golf and pads- Bruce will contact Mike about the June
date for pouring.
*We can only spend money on adjacent neighborhood
NEW BUSINESS: Budget review: we will have money for Klinefelter and Northland. .
Upcoming developments are Momingside~'Acres and wetland area
LIASON REPORT: Arcon a~d~ Rivers edge will be coming to the planning commission
in July. The environmental study should be coming in shortly.
