MINUTES FROM APRIL 19, 2004

CALL TO ORDER: ~ 7:05

Cii IRMAN COMMENTS: Mike Z~werskt"was present to discuss the T-Pads for frisbee golf.
Harddrives wll! donate all the cement for the T Pads and this will
be done in 3 phases. We will only have to pay for labor. He
would like to see the Park Board submit an article to the St Joseph
Newsleader. Funding will be needed to pay Kurt for the frames.
(This has been previously approved) Some of the signs describing
the layout of the hole will need to be replaced for the have been
shattered. The Park Board will also look into sending letters to
businesses to sponser a hole to replace these signs. Looking at
the end of June to have the cement poured.
Motion made to spend under $1,000 on labor for the pads.

OLD BUSINESS: *Town and Gown softball on May 1 st and 2nd with 10 teams attending.
"Park Dedication Fees
*Members: Bob Loso interested. A recommendation was made by Chuck and
Seconded by Marge. This will be forwarded to the Mayor for the appointment.
*Update on Tot Lot
*Dale would be bringing the new fee schedule to the city council and planning
commision
NEW BUSINESS: None at this time
~ IASON REPORT: Capital Improvement plan for Kllnefelter to put the bathrooms in the comprehen-
sive plan.
Grants need to be looked.
