MINUTES FROM MARCH 29, 2004
MEMBERS PRESENT: ~ Marge Lesnick, Dale Wick, Bruce Berghorst, Deedra Deuhs
CALL TO ORDER: 7:07
MOTION TO APPROVE AGENDA: Passed with changes
MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES: Passed
CHAIRMAN COMMENTS: Jerry Weyer, Commander of Legion was into show what
finishing touches will be done around the Veterans Monument.
There was a concern of continuity. He stated that they will
make and attempt to have the cobblestone compliment the
monument and blend with the other cobblestone around town.
They are also hoping to have white benches and black flower
pots in by the end of the summer. Marge made a recommen-
dation that Dick Taufen is to contact us with his approval of the
trees. Bruce seconded and Motion passed

OLD BUSINESS: Tot lot Development: Fundraising is developing. I# will be
addressed again in April.
Comprehensive Plan: Capital Improvemerits Budgets/Funding
for individual parks.
Ran thru each Capital Improvement of funding for individual parks
with Dale and .included the dona#ion from the Jaycees for
Hollow Park.
NEW BUSINESS: Park Dedication Fund Formula -went over formulas
Bruce made a recommendation to the Council to change from a
percentage formula to a per iot formula. Seconded by Deedra
Motion passed
LIASON REPORT: ~ Park Dedication Formulas exlpained.
Parkland dedication fees are as of December 9, 2003
