Minutes ftrom the July 17,002
Members Present: Bruce Bergborst, bonnie Abbot, Marge Lesnick, John Waiiz, and shuck Muske.
Quest: Al ltassier.
Approval of Agenda: Motion by Marge, seconded by Lonnie. Passed

Approval of Minutes: Amendments to the minutes .Marge stated that Memorial Park is to get 2 Picnic
Tables, Northland Park 2 Picnic Tables and 2 Benches and the Frisbee Golf is to get the donated bench.
Also take out the part about Joe Pfannenstein he was not at the meeting. Motioned by Marge and 2nded
by John to approve the minutes as amended. Motion Passed.
Chairmen's Comment's. Al)taseier was there he discussed the beautification prpject on 121.A1
wanted to know if the Park Board would be interested in committing money for this. We discussed this
for a while #ban tabled it
We than took a tour of Northland Park while Lonnie told us what he thought Avon Lumber would
donate. We decided to wait on a~+ changes to the Park until its settled.
Suggested changes: Basketball court, Ornamental. Tree°s, Another Playground.
1 heck into other towns to see haw they handle out lots instead of Park donation.
Old Business: Northland 5i~gn is ordered.
Skate Board equipment is ordered.
Frisbee T-boxes were not a good deal. Kyle said he had someone that might do the
concrete pads at cost. We told him to get more info.
Marge will get the prices for the picnic tables and benches and order them.
expected cost is $ 313.12 for the picnic tables arnd $ 268. for the benches.

Tree Planting - Tabled till fall.
Liaison Report: Kyle will send us a letter from Ted Schmitt.
Next Meeting Will be a Budget Meeting: It will be at 7:00 in the Saint Joe City Halt.
