REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Attached you will find the activity report for the month of
March. There were 196 incident complaint reports during the month of March. This compares with 152
incident reports in 2008 and 211 incident reports in 2007.
We are getting ready for our busy spring season. We have set up our party house patrols which we have
funded through a grant from the State of Minnesota. We also have all our officers working on our Friday
drop nights..
We have been testing some handheld ID checkers. We have found one that we like and are attempting to
secure funding for it.
Feel free to give us a call and ride along with one of the officers. This will be a busy time for us and
would give you the opportunity to see how things are done.
