Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning Commission forthe City of St. Joseph met in
special session on Wednesday, December 10,1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Joseph City Hall.
Members Present: Chair Hub Klein. Commissioners S. Kathleen Kalinowski, Linda Sniezek, Marge
Lesnick, Dan Nierengarten, Kurt Schneider. Council Liaison Cory Ehlert. Deputy Clerk Judy Weyrens.
Others Present: Jim Graeve, Ellen Wahlstrom, Bob Wahlstrom
The purpose of the special meeting was to continue to work on revising and updating the St. Joseph
Zoning Ordinances. During this meeting the Commission reviewed the definitions and sign
requirements.
Adioum: Nierengarten made a motion to adjourn at 9:25 p.m.; seconded by Lesnick and passed
unanimousJy by those present.
