MINUTES FRONT: JULY 1% 2003
Members present: Lonnie Abbott, Marge Lesnick, Deedra Deuhs
Call to order: ' :00 by bonnie
Approval of Minutes: Add Lonnie Abbott and Bruce Berghorst
Change Campground Rules to state *First. Day of stay n last sentence)
Minutes approved rith changes.
Chairman comments: Lonnie suggested to charge for electricity at Millstream since we
cannot charge for camping. Fur her discussion throughout the year. Marge Will talk
with ,Judy about the legalities.
Old Business: Park regulations sign ordered but not in. Will look into archery area more
this Fall.
New Business: Summer Projects - table until next month.
' - release of rollover funds for Fall tree planting.

Gated Community Park Dedication - tabled until net meeting.
Liason Rem; Two things to report. ]ale brought up the donation from the Rec
Association into the fund raising account. They were going to check with
the city to see if they could specify the account the funds would go into.
If they could, they were going to get the check in asap.
The second at a meeting last creek the city council officially cut the $8,500 or so from
this years budget for the Park Board. We had been told that before, this just makes it
official.
Other: Marge planted $110 In flowers at Monument ent mark
Expense reports: April-May-June-July expense reports will be turned in August.
