Call to Order: By Lonnie at #00 on the dot#

glitches in our e-mail. process.
Chairman C xa n nts; Lonnie had Jeff give his presentation. Jeff showed
his plan for puffing a paved -foot .trail thru the new addition by the Light
House. The old Delwin). Jeff wanted the Park Board to decide if they would
accept the trail as part of ' their park dedication. After considerable discussion
Lonnie made a Motio and Chuck seconded it Motion reads. The park
Board will accept � -a . - t trail as part of their park dedication,, with the
anderstanding that the rest of the o to e donated in cash, Motion was
rassed. The -foot trail would have cost $46000 the -foot trail would be less.

Dick Taufen then showed the plan for the Memorial Park
Monunen We discussed different options on where to put the memorial. It
was decided that every one should look over the Park and come to the
March 101h meeting to' make the final deci
