BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Attached is an operating/budget transfer request for reporting
year 2009. The purposes of the transfer is to provide half of the EDA budget from the General fund to the
EDA fund since a Community Development Director was not hired yet. The EDA fund balance is down
to just over $3,000 and is expected to go into the negative after May expenditures are posted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $ 21,005 decrease to the General fund, increase to the EDA
fund- OperatingBudget Transfers
